CATCH WRESTLING....This terminology showed up in one of the recent blog entries. Several articles use descriptions like.....neutral oriented, "catch a hold anywhere you can", submission/pin--fast, shoot wrestling, loose hold(?), open style. EVEN with those descriptions I'm not quite sure what it really looks like. Can any of our former wrestlers take a crack at describing "catch wrestling"?? Appreciate!!
